Use of our service constitutes agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of our firm.
Experts who provide services to you through our firm are independent agents. Our goal is to ensure satisfaction of both our clients and our expert witnesses. In order to maintain the integrity of our relationships with our experts, future contact regarding additional cases must be initiated through our firm.Our experts are not career expert witnesses. They are practicing health care workers.They have agreed to be contacted by our firm and do not wish to be contacted directly for future requests.
No refunds will be issued. Call before submitting your payment or records if you plan to use our expedited service. We are usually able to meet short deadlines, but unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from being able to do so. In the event of an unanticipated problem with an expert witness, our firm will provide an additional witness at no additional cost to you. This is provided with the understanding that our firm will be notified immediately upon discovery of a circumstance under which the witness cannot testify.
In order to ensure your absolute satisfaction with our service, we guarantee our experts' credentials. We ask that you contact us immediately for any question or concern you have with regard to our experts. Our hope is that you will look forward to using our service for your future malpractice cases and we want to be the firm you turn to for quality and reliability.
Medical Malpractice Experts will not use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose than providing expert witnesses or conducting case review. We will not use or disclose the protected health information contained within medical records or case files we review on behalf of your client for any other purpose than providing a case review, and such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Health Information Protection and Portability Act (HIPPA).
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Any information you choose to disclose is done so voluntarily. This information includes your name, address, phone and billing information submitted via email or other direct contact from you. We will not share this information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.We do not sell our contact lists.

When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Use of our service is considered agreement on your part that you have read and understand how our office will use and disclose any health information we receive about your client as well as how information collected about you will be used.
