Our firm has extensive litigation experience in medical malpractice cases in Tennessee, Kentucky and Florida. We were co-counsel for the case of Martin v. Ohio County Hospital Corporation in which the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled in our favor, setting a new precedent for loss of consortium in wrongful death cases. Payne, the issue of showing a video trial transcript segment to the jury in a closing argument was argued. The court agreed with our assertion that it should be allowed and upheld the medical negligence verdict in favor of our client.
